Nick was born in Utah on Oct. 4, 1976 and also lived in Colorado before moving to Virginia. He grew up in Winchester,
Virginia and graduated from James Wood High School in 1995. He served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day
Saints in the Ivory Coast from Dec. 95- Dec. 97. After his mission, he returned to BYU.
Jenny Lambert was born in Norfolk, VA, on Feb. 2, 1979. After living in North Carolina and Kansas, she returned
to Virginia in 1986. She graduated from Christiansburg High School in 1997 and began college at BYU.
Nick and Jenny met at BYU in Sept. 98, were engaged by Nov. 98 and married May 7, 1999 in the D.C. Temple. After
they were married they transferred to Radford University to be closer to their families. Jenny graduated from RU with
a BS in Chemistry May 8, 2000. Just a couple of weeks later, Jenny and Nick found out that baby #1, Anna, was on the
way. She was due on Mom's 22nd birthday, 02/02/01, but arrived 3 weeks ahead of schedule on Jan. 14, 2001. She
was very healthy and weighed 5lbs. 12oz., and was 19 inches long. Leah Jane was added October 22, 2002, weighing 7lbs.
1oz. and measuring 20 1/4 inches.
Nick graduated from RU in May 2002 with a BA in French. He began dental school at Case Western Reserve University
in Cleveland, OH in August 2002. He accepted a Health Professions Scholarship from the Army and was sworn in as a 2nd
Lt. in March 2002. He spent 6 weeks at Ft. Sam Housten for his Officer's Basic Course during the summer of 2003.
Jenny ran the Air Force Marathon on Sept. 18, 2004 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH. After all
the training that she did during the summer, the marathon was easier than she expected!
